The taste and quality of our Honey
Our honey comes from local hives that remain in place through out the year. They are not carted around and relocated. Unlike much of the honey sold locally, ours comes from fields and bees right here in Box Elder.  

Box Elder is a rural area, with many organic farmers.

I wish we could take credit - but it is all about the bees.
We interfere with the bees, as little as possible. The local sage, alfalfa, safflower, and wildflowers do the rest. 

Of course, I sometimes influence them, by placing a hive or two next to the various mint patches in our apiary.
